For me the New Year is a time to move forward and not let my “Holiday Haze” persist. As always,I had great intentions, but participating in all that the holidays had to offer (health is not just about perfection)- I now feel in need of a little tune up.
Women that have worked with me in the past know that in January of each year I do a short detox kit that I obtain from my premier supplement supplier WholeScripts.

OptiCleanse GHI – low allergen protein powder with micro and macronutrients designed to assist phase I and phase II detoxification in the liver. ColonX -When doing a detox, GI elimination of toxins should be supported so that the toxins do not recirculate. This is a gentle laxative.

The kit comes with all the instructions you need to follow a healthy detox diet and use the supplements to aid in the detox.
